We shopped around and found that Window Depot had the most helpful experience to support us with our kitchen cabinet remodel. Tamara greeted us the first day we were in the store and gave us the confidence that we could get the remodel done. We made an appointment that led to a great experience. I only get to remodel a kitchen once, and Tamara has 20 years of experience, she gave me the input to come up with a design that is just what I wanted. She is energetic, responsive, patient and knowledgable. I will continue to go to Window Depot for bathroom remodel, doors, and windows upgrades.
Anthony, manager, helped me order bathroom cabinets, also closet doors with hardware. Very helpful, reliable, customer service oriented he helped me pack the doors in my SUV, the 6 foot wide doors did not fit, he decided to deliver all himself to Green Valley with no charge for delivery. I was very impressed, recomend this storr , also good prices.
We have gone to Window Depot a couple of times and worked with Tamara on a kitchen and bathroom design. Both experiences exceeded our expectations, and the prices were extremely fair and affordable. I would recommend working with her and window depot on remodel projects.
We absolutely recommend Window Depot for a kitchen remodel and will definitely return for our bathroom remodel. My husband heard their radio ads, so we stopped in and got a quote for high quality cabinets at a smoking hot price compared to our big box quotes. We were so lucky that Tamara C. Ebers was our designer. I gave her a vague idea of what I wanted and she measured, asked a few questions and drew up a fabulous plan. We picked out the Muses cabinets, door pulls and a new window. We didn't have a contractor, so Tamara provided a list for us to check out and we chose Salois General Contractors. 3 weeks after the job started, it was move-in ready! We are over the moon happy with our new kitchen and had the best experience with Tamara at Window Depot! Check out the Before and After photos.
I went to window depot to order a door and explained everything I needed to the person who put in the order. Once it arrived it did not have the specifications we had talked about when putting in the order. The reason why I am disappointed is not because it arrived incorrectly, but because they do not want to fix the problem. They are telling me that I cannot have the door fixed or get my money back. I was not told when I put in the order that I could not return it or get my money back if there was an issue. They are also saying I did not tell them what I needed which is not true.
We worked with Tamara to design my kitchen remodel and order all associated material (cabinets, accessories, quartz countertop) and it was a great experience. She was professional, patient, and worked with us on multiple options to get the result we wanted at an appropriate price. She is knowledgeable and I trusted her through the process. Everyone at Window Depot was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and will be back!

Great experience and great quality cabinets for a reasonable price. Far cry from the big box stores cabinets. Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Tamara for the design and consultation, spot on, Jose in the warehouse for holding my cabinets up to a month, and the referral given to me by Tamara “Tucson Granite And Stone” for their help in installing my granite, looks absolutely amazing and everything I could want in a kitchen. Great customer service on all levels, will use again in future projects
